This seems like the "right" place to note RSS - Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication.
There are two ways to use RSS.
1. Use an RSS reader. Google Reader is one to consider - accessible through your Gmail account - or reader.google.com. Take a look under Help at the "Learn More About Using Google Reader" section. The video tutorials might be especially helpful.
2. If one is at a site that offers RSS, one can save it to one's bookmark toolbar in FIREFOX (does not appear to work in Chrome or Safari). This allows you to scan titles of new posts, to see if there is one you might like.
Look for the orange image (View "feed-con.jpg" file in attachments below), at say, http://www.foxnews.com and click on it (scroll down, it is on the right side of the window).
Now, in theupper right there is a box and an array of various readers to which one can connect. For this exercise, though, just select "View Feed XML" (it has the symbol to the right, again).
